Legislative Decree. No 196, June
30, 2003 ( "Code concerning the
protection of personal data")
provides for the protection of
persons and other subjects
regarding the processing of
personal data. According to the
law, this treatment will be
based on the principles of
fairness, transparency and
protection of your privacy and
your rights.
Under Article 13 of Legislative
Decree. n.196/2003, we hereby
provide the following
information:
1. Your personal data will be
processed for the following
purposes: communication and / or
business relationship.
2. The treatment will be carried
out with computerised mode.
3. The provision of data is
optional and the refusal to
provide such data could lead to
the failure continuation of the
relationship.
4. The data will not be
communicated to other parties,
nor will be distributed.
5. The owner of treatment is:

pro-tempore is also responsible

6. You can exercise your rights
regarding the holder of
treatment under Article .7 of
D.lgs.196/2003, which for your
convenience is reproduced in

Art. 7 - The right of access to
personal data and other rights
1. The individual has the right
to obtain confirmation of the
existence of personal data
concerning him, even if not yet
registered, and their
communication in an intelligible
form.
2. The individual has the right
to be informed: a) the source of
personal data, b) the purposes
and processed c) the logic
applied in case of processing
with the use of electronic means;
d) identification of the owner,
managers and the representative
appointed under Article 5,
paragraph 2, and) the people or
categories of persons to whom
the data may be distributed or
who may become aware as
designated representative in
territory of the State, managers
or agents.
3. The individual has the right
to: a) the updating, correction
or, if interested, the
integration of data, b) the
cancellation, transformation
into an anonymous form or block
of data processed in violation
of law, including those which
are not required to be held for
the purposes for which the data
were collected or subsequently
processed c) confirmation that
the operations in letters a) and
b) have been notified, including
as related to their content, to
those whose data were
communicated or disclosed,
except where this is impossible
or involves a manifestly
disproportionate to the
protected right.
4. The individual has the right
to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons, the
processing of personal data,
even if pertinent to the purpose
of collecting b) the processing
of personal data for the purpose
of sending advertisements or
direct sales or for carrying out
market research or commercial
purposes. |
