The house is on a slope in Percha and on the edge of a forest, with views of the entire valley and in direct contact with nature, with a view to the Kronplatz, which can easy reached from the new cableway near the railway station at PERCA, at 700 m from the Residence.
The structure was built in 1977 and expanded in 2010 and offers typical traditional holidays in the Pustertal.

Nearby is a large selection of restaurants, sports facilities, and a variety of hiking and climbing routes in the middle of nature.
